Big shout out to Vini F from the website chat, super nice guy. Definitely only Audi from now on. Only reason not to get the 5 stars is because no one ever came to assist me to buy touch up paint, rang the bell and waited for 10 minutes and no reply, other than that, GREAT.(PS: I still need the paint and can not buy it online on Audi website, which is a bummer, Will have to go back just for that, hope this time someone will answer. He was responsive and not pushy, he found a Q7 that matched our needs at another dealer, and we negotiated everything on the phone and via email. When we went to the dealership it was just a matter of signing the paperwork and getting the demo. Annie Olvaney handled all the contracts and gave us all the information so we could make a good decision about Audi Care and maintenance. They even came up with a solution so we only had to make the long drive to their dealership one time. I would drive out of my way again to buy a car from Michael and recommend him to others. What a great experience... and I don’t like buying cars! More
