"BEST EXPERIENCE" This has being the best experience in purchasing my new S4 2018 from Audi Meadowlands. Sam Shehata was the salesman that made that possible for me fr This has being the best experience in purchasing my new S4 2018 from Audi Meadowlands. Sam Shehata was the salesman that made that possible for me from the moment I walked in. He was the one that greet me and showed me all the show cars in display. I was fortunate to test drive that car that I was interested in. Since the moment I fell comfortable doing business with Sam. I was interesting to trade my 2015 A4 for the 2018 S4. Sam explained well all my options and answer all my questions. After doing all the paper work Sam, he made this transition very smoothly without putting me any pressure to buy the car. Sam was so helpful with everything from the beginning until the end. He also followed up with me every step and when I got approve from the bank. My wife and I were confident we were in good hands. Sam also helped me to create an Audi connect account and guide me with all the car instructions and functions. We are very happy with my new S4. I just want to take a moment to give special thanks to Sam and Audi Meadowlands family for make this possible for me. Great car / Not so great experience I had high hopes when buying a CPO Audi from Audi Meadowlands. They had exactly what I wanted in stock at a reasonable price. Financing terms were gre I had high hopes when buying a CPO Audi from Audi Meadowlands. They had exactly what I wanted in stock at a reasonable price. Financing terms were great as well. That is where the good ends. One simple rule of customer service for a salesman is return phone calls. I had to follow up numerous times as apparently my salesman had "phone issues". When my car was delivered, one of the keys was DOA. Again, I was back in the phone queue following up with them to have the key looked at. On the bright side, their service adviser was great. Once, I was finally able to get an appointment, it took him five minutes to fix the key and get me back on the road. More
