It was an amazing experience and unforgettable. They did their best to get us where we wanted and what we need it. First Audi This was my first Audi vehicle and it was by far the most pleasant experience from any dealership I have been to. I was in and out in an hour and Sam This was my first Audi vehicle and it was by far the most pleasant experience from any dealership I have been to. I was in and out in an hour and Sam Shehata was very personable and straight forward with me. He was extremely accomodating and stayed late with me when I showed up half hour before they closed or when I told him I needed the car in 3 days or less he made it happen. Sam cared about me as a person and a customer not like a bottom line and that was refreshing. I am looking forward to leasing another vehicle from Audi in 36 months or less and most definitely looking forward to working with Sam again. My boyfriend has leased 3 vehicles from Audi already and he is even thinking about switching from his current sales guy to Sam because he was that impressed.
