The service clientele are not at all friendly, the work is extremely expensive (especially for labor), and if you don’t reserve a loaner car and the service takes a while, you’re screwed and have to pay ou is extremely expensive (especially for labor), and if you don’t reserve a loaner car and the service takes a while, you’re screwed and have to pay out of pocket for a rental car. Extraordinarily efficient and timely customer service. Service rep, Courtney Pooler was highly knowledgeable and communicative about the time the service would take and the cost. She also informed me that the brakepad replacements I requested with the service were not needed yet and could be deferred. Knowing that I can trust them to be fair and honest with me, and not selling me something I don't need is one of the reasons I have such great confidence in the quality of their work on my car and recommendations I receive from their service team. The experience dealing with my service advisor Dimitri was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 was excellent, he was patient and I felt he was looking out for my best interest, the issues I had were addressed and a loaner provided for almost 3 months. My only negative were, this is the 2nd time I've brought my car in for service and received it with grease stains somewhere on the interior, more care needs to be given in that regard, and their hand car wash, isn't much of a wash, but that I can live with. More
