Family took the A4 for 40k maintenance and PODS recall. Got car back with scratches on passenger leather seat(manhandled and most likely dropped). Got the car 2 weeks ago for my brother and first experienc Got car back with scratches on passenger leather seat(manhandled and most likely dropped). Got the car 2 weeks ago for my brother and first experience with this dealership and not a happy experience, will be going to Paul Miller Audi from now on even though it’s further away. Waste of time to take car again AT THEIR SCHEDULE to fix the scratches because “an outside party” is fixing the leather. Check your car after doing your maintenance More
