My name is Deborah Larca and I have had the pleasure of purchasing an Audi A8 as well as I recently ordered a W12 which will be ready next Spring! The reason I chose to make another purchase though this purchasing an Audi A8 as well as I recently ordered a W12 which will be ready next Spring! The reason I chose to make another purchase though this dealership and why I have given them the overall rating they deserve, is mainly because of the Salesman that I deal with and due to the fantastic customer service that I have received!! They don't come better than Candida. She has the car picked up at my office or residence, a loaner is dropped off as well. She is very customer service oriented, and keeps in touch with me during the service to inform me what needs to be done. I can't say enough about Audi Meadowlands!! My tire pressure monitor told me I was low on air. After filling the tire with air I got the same error message the following day. This led me to find a nail in my tire and the service department was abl filling the tire with air I got the same error message the following day. This led me to find a nail in my tire and the service department was able to fix it right away with no appointment. I had to get to the hospital to pick up my wife after surgery and the last thing I needed was a flat tire or to drive on the donut. Audi Meadlowands had the tire in stock and squeezed me in. I was back on the road in no time and was thrilled they were able to be there in my time of need. More

Vehicle was in for 35,000 mile service. Employees picked up my vehicle at my office in Newark at time scheduled and I was kept aware of the status of my service during the day. I was referred to Audi Meadowlands by my mechanic for some warranty work. I was reffered to Blanca Simpson as my service advisor whom was very courteous and professional. Because this place didn’t specialize in AUDI’s I w I bought a 2007 Audi A4 Avant and had a few issues soon after o bought it from a local dealership. Because this place didn’t specialize in AUDI’s I was told to contact Blanca Simpson from AUDI Meadowlands Service department. Blanca returned my call right away and started the process to get my car fixed. The warranty that I had purchase did not cover any of the issues that the car had, but I was given a great deal and must importantly a nice loaner to have during the time of repair. Blanca was very nice and understanding of my situation, she worked hard to get me a good deal and was very patience during the process. At the end I was very satisfied with the service and customer care that I also requested for an oil change and express my new loyalty with this dealership. The moment I walked in I felt like a Million bucks the guys at the door are where very nice and the staff is very kind and professional. Next car I buy will definitely be from Audi Meadowlands, because I know that there service is excellent and very reliable. Thank you Blanca for everything!!!! More

I took my car in for the second time due to oil consumption the first time they did a fix I was told if the light comes on to bring it back right away. I called got a service appointment the next d consumption the first time they did a fix I was told if the light comes on to bring it back right away. I called got a service appointment the next day and was called the same day and told that Audi approved the replacement of the pistons in my car and it would not be ready for a few days if I needed a loaner car the dealer would provide one for me at anytime. I was very pleased how the situation was handle and I hope this solves my oil consumption issue. More
