First Rate! - Audi New Car Puchase Experience I/we had an excellent car evaluation and buying experience, to include working with sales specialist Ben Peyton on the purchase of our new Audi A3. I/we had an excellent car evaluation and buying experience, to include working with sales specialist Ben Peyton on the purchase of our new Audi A3. I came in, not exactly knowing what I was looking for, but Ben was very informative and knowledgeable on the Audi product line. I test drove a couple of cars with Ben, and then called the wife to come in and re-test-drive one of the vehicles. Ben was more than accommodating, even to include working past closing time on a Saturday to complete all the paperwork. Uniquely, I was very interested in the safety features of the car (airbag, crumble zones, etc. etc.) - he knew his stuff in that area, as well as other technical specs of the vehicle(s).. It was good to have a sales specialist with well rounded car enthusiast sensibilities (versus singular focus on speed characteristics). The Audi team even went the extra mile to 'same-day' detail the car, to include delivering it with a full tank of gas. More

I've been working with Dave Falkman for years, and as usual he bent over backwards to accommodate me after an accident took my car from me, finding a replacement fast, and helping me when we were just coming back from vacation and had so many work commitments. He always finds the time to be there when I can be there, his advice is excellent, and at this point I would say he is as excited for us to enjoy a car as he is to sell one.
