My experience at Audi Morton Grove was great. The team I worked with, Zain, Babylon, and Steve were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I am an out of state buyer and was traveling 12 hours each way to get there. The team made sure I got a good look at the car before hand, made sure I had everything such as trade in appraisal and financing lined up ahead of time, and ensured I knew all the documents and such I would have to bring along with me. Overall it was smooth and the team was great to work with. Very happy with both the car and experience. More
