They provide loaner vehicles when it is needed, they provide updates through out the day of their findings and suggestions. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful and respectful. Excellent I called on Wednesday with a screw in my tire and the dealership fit me in on Thursday despite a very busy time ( before the holiday exodus). Sold a Lemon Buyer beware! Was sold a lemon. Certified Pre-owned and was part of a large recall. Had to go back to the dealership many times just to have the O Buyer beware! Was sold a lemon. Certified Pre-owned and was part of a large recall. Had to go back to the dealership many times just to have the OK the class action lawsuit recalled issue. They finally complete the process. 2 years later my engine died and they refused to repair. I had all services done with the dealership as well. When they sell you a lemon, they steal your money and time for a few years until car dies and then they want you to trade in an buy a new one! Don't Buy an Audi! More

Even though it was late, he still took the time to walk me through the service that was performed and answered all my questions. More

He told me if I needed another tutorial from him regarding the ins and outs of the car to just stop by again and he would help me! Buy a car elsewhere We recently purchase a Q7 from Audi of Shrewbury and after our experience with the Natick dealership, we would never purchse from them again. I had p We recently purchase a Q7 from Audi of Shrewbury and after our experience with the Natick dealership, we would never purchse from them again. I had previously purchased an A6 2.5 years earlier and my experience was fine. However, this visit to the dealership was frankly insulting and the follow-ups after our visit made it even worse. We already had a really great offer from Audi Shrewsbury and went to Natick to see if they would match or come close as we had a prior relationship with them and we only were at Audi Shrewsbury out of convenience that day. When we went there and asked to negotiate a price on the Q7, we waited for a long time only for the sales person to return with a joke of an offer on our 2008 Lexus SUV trade-in ($500), which had only 90k miles on it and was in mint condition. The kicker was that the offer for the car was the sticker price. I've purchased many cars over the years and have never once been offered the sticker price for a car. The explanation given was that these cars were in demand, which frankly is absurd and insulting. So, we said we had an offer of $7k less from Audi Shrewsbury combining the trade-in offer and the price of the car. Mike didn't believe us. He went to talk to his manager and came back saying he would like proof of the offer, which we showed him and then he took that back to the manager and immediately the price came down. So, was the car in demand or were you trying to take advantage of us? The final difference in what we paid for the exact same car just a few miles away and what they offered was over $4k. I can understand some difference in cost from one dealership to the next, but that gap leads me to believe that this dealership is trying to take advantage of people. The entire process made me feel like their staff are not trustworthy people. No sales manager came out to talk to us and no attempt was made to try to win our business, despite the fact that we were prior customers. I'd never buy from here again and hope others shop around before buying from here too or they likely will be overpaying for their car. More
