Immediately upon driving in to the easily accessible service bay, I was greeted , by name, by the knowledgeable and pleasant Parker Cavanaugh.. Keys handed over, and upstairs I went to the comfortable sitting area, great coffee, too. A mere hour and a half or so later, Parker came up and found me - my car was washed, vacuumed and waiting in the exit area. Simple signature and explanation of a few items, and off I went, no charge. Parker is just one of the excellent service consultants in this great dealership. I trust this dealership; that is the best recommendation I can give. More

However, as we all know the unforeseen trouble light comes on occasionally. The Staff at Bernardi Audi will work with you to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. You have to remember they are working with a lot of other folks like yourself -so sometimes you have to be a bit patient, but they really try to get you going as quickly as possible. They have a tremendous 'back' operations staff which involves their Technician's and Parts Staff. Most of these Staff members have been in the business long enough to be able to overcome almost any automotive issue. More
