Emergency Appointment goes smoothly I had a headlight burn out and needed it replaced the same day as I had to drive through a winter storm the next morning. The service center was happy to accommodate me, the service center was lovely and efficient, the business center was perfect for working while I waited and the car came back perfectly clean and they even did a full check of the my Audi's fluids and other wearables to ensure the car was in good kit, all for just a headlight replacement. Excellent Experience I bought my Audi from Audi Natick, and now have over 100k miles on my car. This is the first dealership I've visited where the service remains as good I bought my Audi from Audi Natick, and now have over 100k miles on my car. This is the first dealership I've visited where the service remains as good as the buying experience. Making an appointment is simple, and they communicate expectations very well. In the past four years, they have never tried to up-sell me on any service, and I very much appreciate the report I receive at the end of service about where things stand with my car. The service I have received has been consistently excellent. And while I might be able to get some services elsewhere at a lower cost, Audi Natick has earned my trust to get the work completed correctly the first time. When time comes to replace my car, Audi Natick will likely be the first place I visit. More
