I was given an appointment for the next day and assigned a service advisor over the phone in The service received was excellent from beginning to end. I was given an appointment for the next day and assigned a service advisor over the phone in less than 3 minutes. When I arrived, I was greeted and walked in, guided through the process of leaving the car and getting a loaner vehicle as well. They let me know when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I was informed of their recommendations and given a full report of the work they had done as well as the estimates and detailed, yet easy to understand, explanation for the recommended work. Overall, I can say I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealer and will be returning to their service center for any future work needed.
