When I arrived, I was greeted and walked in, guided through the process of leaving the car and getting a loaner vehicle as well. They let me know when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I was informed of their recommendations and given a full report of the work they had done as well as the estimates and detailed, yet easy to understand, explanation for the recommended work. Overall, I can say I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealer and will be returning to their service center for any future work needed. I would like to thank especially Mr Luis Pagani and Ms Diana Giraldo, who were very friendly and helpful throughout all the process. Thank you. More

Misunderstaing of Tire promotion Ed Caceres my service manager was extremely professional. I brought my car in for the 35,000 mile service. Additionally I bought four new tires that were on the car when purchased. I had a coupon that I was going to use. The wording in the coupon in my opinion was somewhat misleading. I was upset that I was not going to get the full value of what I believed to be the value of the credit stated in the coupon against the tire purchase. I was upset about this. Regardless of my position and being very upset, Ed handled the situation like a true professional. He never lost his cool. He explained to me the meaning behind the wording. I still maintain the wording is somewhat misleading however the way Ed handled the situation I would absolutely bring my car back for service and when in the market for a new car I would go back to Prestige. This of course assumes I where to buy a vehicle that they represent. More
