Good Service, replacing BMW with A6 This is the second time in four years that i have filled one of these things out. The first was for a BMW, now am doing it for an AUDI. I live five miles from an Audi Dealership, but I rather drive the 15 miles to North Miami Beach for the good attention to details than the ripoff feeling I got when I left the Audi Pembroke Pines Service department. Luis at Prestige had a NEW loaner ready to go as well as let me know of any outstanding issues that I either needed to take care of or should consider fixing right away. Luis Pagani is the one i dealt with and looked out for me; I really do appreciate all him and Yelson has done for me in regards to my vehicle. Best Audi Dealership Being a new resident of Miami I found Prestige Audi online, I requested information on a tuesday and I was in contact with Dan Fox shortly there after Being a new resident of Miami I found Prestige Audi online, I requested information on a tuesday and I was in contact with Dan Fox shortly there after, Dan called me within 25 mins of the first request and I had a appointment the next day at 6pm. I traded a BMW for a new Q5 and the deal was done within 1 hour. Less then 24 hours later I was driving home with my new car, a grand total of 3 hours in the dealership. I'm from New York and I have bought many of cars and 3 hours is the waiting time to talk to sales person let alone buying a car. Dan Fox should work at every dealership because he is that good no problems no BS strictly business, works really fast and gets you what you want and gets it a day sooner then when you wanted it. I will be referring family, friends, strangers, whoever to be apart of the Prestige Family Thank you More

Great experience I went to the dealership to take a look on the new models, see what deals I could get and was not 100% sure I was going to take a car home. I'm glad I stopped by the dealer that day. As I walked in I was welcomed by Rachid, who I had purchased a car back in 2008, and he recognized me right away. I love this Audi dealership! I was really pleased with my experience at the service department. My recent visit was for the first service, I neded a loaner car (but I wanted an Au I was really pleased with my experience at the service department. Luis was inforamtive and helpful, he explains the work that needs to be done and when to expect the work to be completed.
