Highly Disappointed I was very unhappy with the service I received. I felt as though I was not being taken seriously. I asked to speak with the service manager and Chris I was very unhappy with the service I received. I felt as though I was not being taken seriously. I asked to speak with the service manager and Christina Diaz advised me that he would return my call, he never did. When I did call back and ask to speak with him she passed him the phone only to find out later that the name she gave me for the service manager was the mechanic. She deliberately lied to me. I understand this is a business and you need to make money, but is this how you make money by lying to your customers. I should be able to trust that the people who are dealing with my car are going to be honest and do what's right, not to take advantage. The visit seemed as though it was more about the profit, rather than the quality of the service. More
