Everything up to the vehicle loaner process was great. I was there for about 2.5hrs due to a poor communication and mishandling of the order from one of the reps at the loaner desk. I think every review I've ever given you to date has been maximum across the board. The quality of work and price are exceptional, but the friendliness was quite poor and I almost gave it a "very bad". I was not impressed at all and quite frankly I found her to be rude: a false niceness that is completely transparent and disingenuous. Again, this is the first time in 8 years that this has happened at Prestige. This is why the customer service only gets an OK and the overall experience only gets a good. Sorry. More
