My experiences with Audi North Orlando consistently exceed expectations. The leadership and customer service there embodied by Shawn Laird brings back a romantic era from decades ago when car buying wa exceed expectations. The leadership and customer service there embodied by Shawn Laird brings back a romantic era from decades ago when car buying was a special treat, when trust was deployed to regular customers who have earned it, and when friendship was an esteemed value of a dealership. All these things were embodied in my father's car buying experience's in the small town of Christiansburg, Virginia when a tagged along as a child in his single-digit years. Shaun Laird has brought those values back to life for me at Audi North Orlando. If I didn't love Audi products (and I do!), I would still purchase cars from this dealership. Shaun has imparted his belief systems throughout the staff, both service and sales, and I find each of them as much a friend as as I do a consummate professional. I can't say enough good things about this particular dealership. More

Audi North Orlando is by far the BEST! ! My Audi Specialist is Brandon Cooksey. Brandon helped me in 2019 with my first Audi which was a leased A4. He reached out to me 2 months in a ! My Audi Specialist is Brandon Cooksey. Brandon helped me in 2019 with my first Audi which was a leased A4. He reached out to me 2 months in advance with my options on the lease and invited me to come test drive the new 2022 Q5. After test driving the Q5, I decided right away I loved it! Brandin took care of turning in my A4 and got me into this beautiful Q5! Brandon Is very professional and well knowledgeable on all the Audi vehicles. Don’t bother with this dealership. We went in last Saturday and we’re in the process of buying a car. We agreed to buy the car and was working on financing when they informed us someone else bought t Saturday and we’re in the process of buying a car. They wasted our whole afternoon, treated us like we didn’t matter and they didn’t care, and when they had someone else come along that paid them $2000 more for the car they took it. Completely disgraceful to treat people this way. Run from this dealer as fast as you can. They don’t care about the customer. More

After leaving three messages in the service department, requesting service records, no return call. Finally visited and asked service manager and he did not have an explanation. We owned a saab, porsche, requesting service records, no return call. Finally visited and asked service manager and he did not have an explanation. We owned a saab, porsche, volvo and audi, with Audi North unquestionably the best at finding unwarranted repairs and embellishing the need for repair. I wouldn't trust their service department, especially after warranty expires. More

Had a dead battery on Saturday, I took a chance and got my car to the Audi North service area. Dave Hudson ( service advisor) worked with me as I did not have a appointment.
