The Mercedes were expensive and had more than their share of mechanical problems. I got tired of that and wanted to try an Audi [diesel Q7] - we love it so far [just hit 5,000 mi.]! This was our first service experience and it was with Chris Schaeffer, Service Advisor, he did a great job. Believe me, I know, as I'm a retired new car dealer. My loaner car was ready and it was a Q7 too - we were surprised because the Mercedes dealer always put us in a low-line piece of junk, even though we owned an S550. Sometimes we got a Chevy from Enterprise! We are really happy with our choice of Audi so far and also with our choice of dealership [N. Orlando Audi]. We couldn't be more pleased with our salesman [Brandon] and Service Advisor [Chris]. PS: We have to drive 65 mi. ONE way to get to the dealership and it is worth it! More
