The work was done and the car washed and vacuumed, which was a great help when on the road, and delivered to us with a smile. You see, I still got a handshake, a "thank you," and even had a moment to talk, and not just about when I would be purchasing a vehicle. I'm reacting myself right now. I'm thinking that 10% of dealers can leave a lasting impression on 90% of the people they make contact with. For the other 10% that don't get the same impression, perhaps they should return when the dealer is open. More
