My service has always been outstanding. One main reason is Ryan S. It’s interesting as I’ve now owned 4 Audi’s and have lived in different states and have gone to different dealerships, service is not the is Ryan S. I can tell you one thing, your service techs do a great job(I’ve actually had Audi dealerships reporting the work was done l, but never did it) and your service coordinator Ryan absolutely goes out of his way to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my service. Honestly, I am due for a new car soon and I was leaning towards another brand just for a change. I’m probably not going to do that because I don’t want to take a chance on working with a service department I don’t trust from start to finish. I haven’t ever met any of your service techs, but I do work with Ryan every time I bring my car in. He will be the reason I buy another Audi. Thank you for running an amazing service department.
