Every step of the transaction was handled professionally and respectfully. Paul and I worked through email to select the car I wanted. He was very patient and he provided me with several financing scenarios so I could choose between leasing and buying in the comfort of my home without having to make a quick decision in the showroom. I was so happy with the structure of the deal and the service I received prior to stepping foot on your lot. Would you believe I never even test drove the car (despite Paul's recommendation to do so) until AFTER I had signed the final papers with Greg in Finance?
