Snafu w/ key lodged in seam between rear hatch and spoiler - dents resulted needing repair. (Key slid down the car roof unbeknownst to me - black key, black car.) Audi evaluated and referred me to a well respected collision repair shop. Audi willing to remedy but didn’t have tools small enough to fit the Area. My Audi Service rep, Kyle Stephens, at Audi is always honest, quickly responsive and empathetic as he knows how well cared for and attached I am to my vehicle. My insurance company contracts with collision shops that are less than customer friendly or timely in keeping promises about delivery dates. I am willing to pay out-of-pocket to bypass interacting with unreliable collision shops. Audi has been my go-to for 22 years. Bought 1999 A4 and 2010 A3 both manuals. A3 only has 48,000 miles on it. My next car will definitely be another Audi. Stylish but mostly I go back there for the exceptional service department! Never a bad experience. I respect their expertise and recommendations.
