One of the things that make buying a luxury car "a luxury" car is the dealership and staff. Ian Horn went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. Sent me a video of a car I was looking into. Just excellent. Helped me through the whole process, including financing. I've already recommended him to family and friends. My only advice would be to ensure they aren't just lying to sell a car. I purchased the sales manager's previous car. During the purchase, I asked for 1. The carpet floor mats that went with the car and 2. to sell a car. I purchased the sales manager's previous car. During the purchase, I asked for 1. The carpet floor mats that went with the car and 2. The rear sliding cover that went with the car. They were both missing when I took my test drive. I asked Ian (the salesperson) if they had them, he verified with Chris the sales manager they indeed did, and I was assured before discussing the purchase that I would get them the next day as Chris had them at home still. Several apology texts and a week later, I did receive the floor mats, but over a month later I'm being told I either have to wait for a used car to come in with a proper rear cover, or buy one with the dealership discount because Chris can't find the one for my car. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealer, and due to the inability of Ian and Chris to provide something I was promised at the sale of the car and strung along for a month via text just to be told to go buy it myself is completely wrong. I realize this may be insignificant, but this is all based on principal and this dealership needs to understand it isn't OK. More
