I had been searching for a new vehicle and found some attractive inventory at Audi Ontario. The purchase was seamless. I would absolutely go to her for another Audi, five stars!! UPDATE: I had a wonderful purchase experience but seems as though once the check cleared I was just another customer to forget about. I had so much trouble trying to get the Audi app connected to my car, it kept giving me error messages I sent multiple emails to the same salesperson who helped me purchase and all I got back was response that said she did her job by registering me. I asked for a support line to call and let her know that even though she said she completed her part I was still unfortunately experiencing trouble and was not able to connect to my brand new car. I fully got ignored and never even received a reply with a phone # to call or anything! Its crazy how the follow up after the purchase can leave such a bad taste in your mouth. Once they got my money for the car and the sale was finalized I became a stranger and no one cared if I was connected in the app or not. Brutal way to leave me hanging and had me wishing I would have went with BMW or Mercedes. More
