I didn’t feel pressured or neglected and everything was transparent throughout the whole process. Jay assisted me with the transaction and answered all my questions and concerns. The only minor thing that was unexpected was one optional item that was listed as being included in the sticker sheet was not. But I wasn’t worried. I called to inform Jay and was advised this would be taken care of. This was not the dealership’s fault, it was from the manufacturer. I only wished that the additional items I opted for could’ve been installed at local dealership instead of having to drive and spend hours on the road.
