I will be honest, I originally visited Walter’s Audi in Riverside and the sales person that came out to greet me was not helpful at all. In fact I honestly believe he might have had a preconceived notion t Riverside and the sales person that came out to greet me was not helpful at all. In fact I honestly believe he might have had a preconceived notion that maybe I could not afford the vehicle. I didn’t really waste my time and left extremely disappointed the way I was treated. On my way home I saw another dealership not knowing it was a sister store I stopped by; had I known the Audi dealership in Ontario was a sister store I would’ve kept going and not wasted my time. I was greeted by Estevan, he was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle's on his lot . It was like night and day huge difference. I had been doing my homework and had contacted several other dealerships in order to make appointments and go see the car I was interested in. However, after my initial interaction with Estevan I decide he deserved my business, and all he did was his job. Estevan was not pushy, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and provided me with information for me to make the decision on my future vehicle. Needles to say I purchased a 2021 S5 from Estevan . It took about a week for me to get the vehicle because he had to look for it the way I wanted it.. he got it though.. he earned a customer for the length I have my vehicle. The finance was a breeze, with a small hiccup that I believe could’ve been handled differently.. John at finance was just having a bad day and I’ll leave it at that. However is partner came and with a different attitude and pretty much sealed the deal .. all and all it was a good experience and I think it was because Esteban went above and beyond to make me feel like more than just a sale.
