Very friendly. No pressure. Very understanding. Our salesperson, Leo Cano answered all of our questions and gave us the space to just wander and look around. Jake Narasky was our Service contact. Kept us well informed of the progress of my car. However, their upload speeds were troublesome and slow and took 2 days to download NEW MMI updates.
