Chris Davila was an intricate part of making my service an excellent experience. Chris greeted me with a smile, checked me in and directed me to rental. I initially was frustrated about the rental situation; nothing to do with the young man working the rental department more of Ontario’s “Courtesy Car” policy; however Chris Davila changed that not so pleasant situation and left me feeling with an overall exceptional customer service experience as it relates to the servicing of my car.
