Amazing experience at Walters Audi in Ontario I took my daughter shopping for cars for her Sweet 16. I have been searching many makes and models online and had spoken to a couple of Internet and S I took my daughter shopping for cars for her Sweet 16. I have been searching many makes and models online and had spoken to a couple of Internet and Sales Managers along the way. I found a 2015 A3 on Edmunds, and decided to just go check it out. When my 2 teen daughters and I entered the showroom, we were greeted by the receptionist with a huge smile! She immediately called Jay Baik over to assist us. Jay was extremely professional and seemed enthusiastic to help. Being in the car business for 24 years myself, I already knew how to buy the car. Both the Edmunds website, and the dealership website, provided enough information and tools to gather enough info on the car, so the only thing that I needed to do was to see it in person, make sure my daughter loved it, and take it for a test drive. Jay, and his team, Kevin, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager Dean, had us in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Jay had the vehicle washed up and gassed up and he even delivered the A3 to our home.! It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had.
