For one thing, the dealership itself is a beautiful, clean and expansive space/lot with a wide selection of cars. I worked directly with Raymundo and his communication/customer service skills were fantastic. He was very responsive to any questions I had and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Before purchasing the vehicle he sent a personalized video going over some of the details of the car, which I thought was a great introduction to the dealership and the salesman. In finance I worked with Dean and the process was very efficient, clear and transparent and he made it a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Audi Ontario for any of your car buying needs. More

Horrible Service. Received a call back from Leonardo Alvaro following an online inquiry on a 2020 Audi RSQ8. He said there was $50K markup on the vehicle and that the advertised online price was not val Alvaro following an online inquiry on a 2020 Audi RSQ8. He said there was $50K markup on the vehicle and that the advertised online price was not valid. As I was trying to get clarification and after he inferred that I may not be able to afford one, he said 'you have to pay to play' and hung up!! I have leased more than 10 Audi's in the last few years and am a current owner of one now - and I have never experienced such vile disrespect before. I certainly won't be returning if this is the new face of Audi. More
