Jake (can't remember last name but he had a killer mustache) fr On Monday, January 20, I brought my Audi A3 Wagon in for oil change and tire rotation. Jake (can't remember last name but he had a killer mustache) from customer service greeted me warmly and let me know all about my service plans. He then guided me to the waiting room ... comfortable waiting room, that it!. A while later, Jake came to get me as my service was finished, I then paid my bill with a very lovely and smiling young lady. Nope, I don't remember her name either, sorry. 2016 Audi A5 - Audi Ontario I went into Audi Ontario, having found an A5 I was interested in on their website and making an appointment to see said A5. I showed up and hour early I went into Audi Ontario, having found an A5 I was interested in on their website and making an appointment to see said A5. I showed up and hour early (no traffic on the drive up from San Diego) and I found the car parked near the entrance to the showroom, with my name on a placard hanging on the rear view mirror. I was greeted by a sales associate, to whom I informed about my appointment an hour into the future. Leo Cano came out moments later and started to assist me, even though I was early. The rest of the day (test drive, questions, paperwork) went smooth as silk. There was no sense of rush or pressure of any kind. It was a calming an reassuring experience; I felt that I had come to the right place. John in Finance was upfront, honest, and informative. And, like Leo, carried himself in a laid back, casual manner, while maintaining the level of decorum befitting a more upscale brand like Audi. You are made to feel important without the sense of duplicity that you may get from people who are seemingly only concerned with taking your money and are only pretending to be interested in you as a person. All my options were clearly explained and outlined, and all my questions were answered plainly and effectively. The dealership is beautiful, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is laid back and classy. Overall experience is 5/5 and I would definitely recommend that anyone go see Leo and John. More
