I’ll take care of it? “I’ll take care of it!” said Phil as I was agreeing to turn in my previous leased S3 to get a new S4. A week earlier, I was interested in test driving “I’ll take care of it!” said Phil as I was agreeing to turn in my previous leased S3 to get a new S4. A week earlier, I was interested in test driving a 2019 A5 or S5 so I sent an online request. Philip Braun (Phil) contacted me by email with a personalized video that introduced himself and offered his assistance. A couple of days later, I stopped by and met him in person. After testing a couple of different vehicles, we found a vehicle that I liked, a 2019 S4. Phil assured me that he has given me a good deal to turn in my leased S3 three months early! He even assured me that he will take care of all the costs, including disposition fee and any excess wear and tear. In fact, he didn’t want me to leave and fix any excess wear and tear because I “had nothing to worry about.” In reality, they just wanted the sale to go through. So I took his word for it and took the deal. However, when the time came to follow through with the promise, Phil and his Sales Manager, Kevin Bolden, failed to deliver what was promised. They only, or I should better say Audi took care of the disposition fee. However, the excess wear and tear charges didn’t come in for another 3 months. When the charges came in ($634), it became a series of games. First, getting a hold of them became a challenge due to various excuses. Then, they started to contradict each other with their stories; “Phil told me blah blah….” “Kevin told me blah blah…”. The worst part is, I didn’t care about the money much as I cared about my wasted time dealing with them. I strongly recommend doing your business elsewhere! More

Service "dropped the ball" and lied My experience goes back about 3 months on my 2018 Q5. I first noticed a twitch of the windshield wipers when driving and called the dealership to ask My experience goes back about 3 months on my 2018 Q5. I first noticed a twitch of the windshield wipers when driving and called the dealership to ask. They mentioned it was not normal and to bring it in. I did and they said they reset the computer and adjusted the wipers. Bring it back if it still happens. Later, I was in for the 2nd time when I was told my the shop foreman that it was normal and to watch it and write down the occurrences. I came back in for a 3rd time because it was getting worse, twitching about 4 times in a 10 mile drive. I was told that they would contact corporate and get back to me in 1 week with a solution. Now, its been 2 weeks since my last contact with Audi and I have not heard anything from the service department. I have emailed, left messages and no one is getting back to me. I finally brought it into the dealer for the 4th time tonight and demanded that a manager (Kevin) get involved. I was told that service "dropped the ball" and never did anything. Not only that, Tim from the shop came and told me that the twitch of the wipers only occurs when you start and turn the vehicle off. I can not believe that I have been lied to and given the run around for months. To make things worse, my wipers did a full swipe on my drive home to remind me of how bad the service is. More
