fast in/fast out It's my first time coming to Ontario Audi, very nice dealership. I called in about 9am and got my appointment for 10:45am. It's for a 10k service an It's my first time coming to Ontario Audi, very nice dealership. I called in about 9am and got my appointment for 10:45am. It's for a 10k service and I had to wait there. Customer lounge there was really nice and clean with snack bars and beverages. Wi-Fi if free and fast unlike most of other dealerships. They did a great job on the service and free car wash, handed my key back to me in less than 1.5 hr. Overall experience was great and would come back for future service and repair jobs. More

Racism and discrimination Our family went to purchase a vehicle today. After deciding that we’d need to consult and compare, we left to look at another vehicle. We returned and our sales girl had left for the day. We gave her a call and she said she was on her way back. While waiting, we were approached my a salesman who stated he was ready to take the sale. We informed him that we’d be waiting on the original sales girl, when he went in to inform Dana Clayton, the sales manager. Dana then came out, began rushing towards us, and was yelling “we are not waiting on another sales person to make a deal. You’re going to buy the car or get out”. We were so appalled, that we got up and walked out. Of course we were offended as he began shutting the lights off (while other customers were there), and a verbal exchange ensued. I called him racist and he responded “yes I am”. We left, and I am still shaking from the level of blatant discrimination. I believe that we were treated like that because we were 3 young, African American, people. I will be sharing this story with every mews agency that will listen. I will also be contacting the GM tomorrow and will update, this as to response. I only hope that they see this as the discrimination that it was. I will continue to speak until I am heard. Shame on you Audi of Ontario. More
