Even after the sale of my 2019 Audi S4, he continued to reach out to me and made sure everything was working properly. For instance, he helped me reset my previous Audi Connect account and set up a new one for the S4. I highly recommend Leo Cano to lead you in the car-buying process. Dean Vetricek was also very helpful in financing; he thoroughly explained the Eckbond process and explained how to get refunded for Audi Care on my previous vehicle. More

I had called or visited about 4 other dealers looking for someone to order the car I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait. The other dealers tried to sell me cars they had on the lot and lost interest when I told them what I wanted to order. Jhovan was more than willing to order the car I wanted at a price I wanted too. He was a very straight shooter, never misrepresented anything, and was a no pressure sales person. Overall, Jhovan was a joy to work with. We stayed in touch with me through the whole process, could answer all my questions, and was a great representative for Audi. I've purchased cars before, but this was my first and only joyful experience buying a new car. I will recommend Audi Ontario and Jhovan to everyone looking for an Audi.
