I was traveling quite a distance (Fresno) for the used Audi Q7 of interest and JHvovan rook the time to stay in touch with me through out the day and even sent me a video of the vehicle inside and out. When I arrived, he allowed me to take the car out for a test drive and was very low pressure with me which I enjoyed very much. The condition of the vehicle was exactly as discribed and shown me by Jhvovan and he explained everything thoroughly and this made it clear to me that this was the right purchase for me.
