Jhovan was thorough, professional and most patient ... it took me several months to decide on what make and model of vehicle I wanted to purchase. Once the decision to purchase was made, Jhovan walked me through the process and was able to personally respond to every inquiry I had. It was by far the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a vehicle, and being 62 years old, I’ve had a few of experiences in purchasies! The excellent service did not end once the paperwork was signed ...
