Unfortunately, when you get the the dealership the excitement of knowing you are about to potentially purchase a new vehicle can dissipate the moment you are approached by that first sales person. Sometimes you just want to explore, while they work to convince you that every car you smile at is a good fit for you in an effort to make that sale quickly. In fact I've been in dealerships where once a sale is made whether it be my purchase or someone else, you hear the other members of the sales team speaking and joking on the floor about that sale or lack there of which can be extremely unprofessional. This was not the case I recently had with Raquel Hernandez at Audi of Ontario. My last two vehicles have been a Chevy Tahoe and a Toyota Highlander. It was time for a new car and over the last few weeks i have visited Jeep, Toyota and Ford to drive Grand Cherokee's, Highlanders, and Explorers. I have never owned an Audi and quite frankly was not planning on it but made the impromptu decision to give them a call and simply see what they had. Last week I went to Audi Ontario and was warmly greeted by Raquel and had a very positive experience. Raquel asked a lot of questions to get to know me as a buyer. She got to know all about what I was looking for in a car; from safety, to style, to speed, to longevity, and beyond. Raquel spent a good hour with me that initial day and was the right amount of pushy to hold my interest in the vehicles I saw that day, but didn't try to force me into buying a car that very day as she understood it would be a big financial commitment and decision that may take 24 hours or longer. I left the dealership and really liked the Audi Q 5's Raquel had showed me among other vehicles. I had a series of questions over the next 24 hours and Raquel was extremely receptive and expedient with her responses. I showed up to the dealer over the next two days a few times just to be absolutely positive that the purchase I was about to make was the right one for me and my family. Long story short Raquel made my decision to purchase my Audi Q 5 easy and am appreciative of her support through the process. The very best part about this story, is that my wife loved the idea of my Audi, and was in the process of turning in a leased Acura RDX in the coming week. While she was intending on leasing another new Acura RDX, she came to the Audi dealership with me and met with Raquel and got her own Q 5 that very day. Of course hers is a bit flashier than mine and that is certainly how it should be, but over the course of one weekend, and having never owned an Audi before, are now a family of two Audi Q 5's, same color, similar style, and we could not be happier. The two gentlemen (Amin Eshaq and Raymundo Lopez) I dealt with, were very professional extremely knowledgeable and very patient. The best part was there were no high pressure sales tactics used. I was able to get some comparative information and leave and test other vehicles. I eventually returned and got what I considered was a very good deal. Amin spent and hour and half going over all the features before I left the lot. More

When my husband and I realized our Q5 had the wrong floor mats, Raquel not only tracked them down, she drove to our home over 50 miles away to switch them with us; she didn’t want us inconvenienced in any way. Ontario Audi has always been a beautiful dealership, but with salespeople like Raquel, who make customer service their top priority, Audi Ontario is truly the best!! More

Frank Acosta was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my technical and logistical questions clearly and promptly. He did not push at any time at the sales process, helped to get the best possible trade in value for my old car. All the documents were prepared in the shortest time. John Scholz in Finance was very helpful as well, explained very clearly all available extra warranty options. The whole Audi Ontario team I dealt with was very professional and friendly.
