We were uncertain of what we wanted, but she was so kind and patient, showing us different cars, from pre-owned to brand new. We kept going back and forth from financing to leasing, to this car or that car. But Raquel never made us feel under pressure. Her extensive knowledge in all the Audi’s was impressive. And in the end my husband and I happily ended up with the car of our dreams. We are thrilled with our purchase and overall experience at Audi Ontario.
