I researched the heck out of the 2017 A4 Premium Plus Quattro.. I knew almost more than Romen! However, he knew his cars! He was NO PRESSURE kinda of guy. He was NEVER pushy. He never once tried to get us to buy. He allowed us to take the next steps when WE were ready. He showed us the car on a Thursday and we bought it Friday. We asked for a little discount and he got the deal done! I went home the night we test drove this beauty and discovered Audi of Ontario was giving us a very fair deal. Then came the finance department. I have personally had one bad experience at another dealership. Fear not at Audi of Ontario... Rose was amazing! WOW!!! She was so professional and did get us to buy the extended warranty and the service that warranties the paint. She made some great points that I never thought about. These cars are so highly electronically equipped that something will eventually fail. Just like a home computer, these fixes aren't cheap. I KNOW Rose saved me money down the road. It made sense after she explained it to us. She kept it so simple but honest. I highly recommend both Romen and Rose! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I got home and asked my wife....
