The day before my appointment, I was looking at my dream car at the midnight. A question just came across my mind so I sent a email to Jhovan, hoping to get a response in the morning. But he replied right away and answer straight to the point. I then asked him to change the color of the interior, and he replied right back with a simple "not a problem, I will handle it". I believe it's a perfect example showing how much he cares about his customers. The whole process is hassle-free with Jhovan and Audi Ontario, by the way. I did get a similar price from another dealership. At the end of the day, I choose to do business with Jhovan without any hesitation simply because of his effort and desire to earn my business.
