Smooth process A lengthy process, which is expected for purchasing a vehicle, but smooth and pleasant. Because of the lengthy process, it would have helped to have a vending machine in the showroom area with snacks to boost waning energy level because of diabetic condition. Had to go back into the employee lounge to use their vending machine. Just a helpful suggestion to avoid future buyers from getting "hangrey"!!! Food always makes happy customers!😋 Otherwise, the experience was most positive. We were introduced to key people in the servicing dept for our future service/maintenance appts. We are longtime Lexus customers jumping ship for several reasons........don't like the new redesign and customer service going 'downhill'. More
