This is our second time leasing an Audi from Audi Ontario. Farzy Rashid was very helpful from the very start, answering all my questions. Although we weren’t able to get a deal on the car we initiall Ontario. Farzy Rashid was very helpful from the very start, answering all my questions. Although we weren’t able to get a deal on the car we initially wanted, Farzy made it happen by getting us in and out in a different model at a price we were comfortable with. We’re actually glad to have gotten a different model than what we had initially wanted because this car is much better. Farzy will make sure to get you the best deal and will work with you so give him a chance. More

For a 1st time customer of Audi, I had a fair experience with Audi of Ontario. I am truly grateful for Anthony Lee. His professionalism, kind, hard working, up beat demeaner and knowledge of the make/model with Audi of Ontario. I am truly grateful for Anthony Lee. His professionalism, kind, hard working, up beat demeaner and knowledge of the make/model was instrumental in keeping my patience with the slight disorganization of the dealership. It was because of Anthony that I did not leave and have the office personnel set up a 2nd appointment when they had all document and the vehicle ready to go so all I would have to do is sign, pay and have my tutorial of the vehicle. Perhaps they are a little old school and prefer customers to spend their day a the dealership waiting to see if they will be driving away with a new vehicle?? Office personnel could clean up a few things to make the purchasing process more seamless, less time consuming on the customer. Anthony Lee, keep up the good work sir! You seem like an amazing co-worker, employee and friend. I would defiantly work with you again. Thank you for assisting with my with 1st Audi! More
