This service department is absolutely fantastic! Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service. She is always fantastic, and I will say that Ale Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service. She is always fantastic, and I will say that Alex Wong did not disappoint either! Alex Wong provided me with exceptional customer service and communication. Audi Ontario is hands down the best of Walter's Audi service department & I will definitely continue to go to this location! More

I've been using Audi Ontario for 6 years now, originally with my Audi A3 & now for my parent's Audi Q5. My recent visit for an oil-change was flawless. I was helped by Ralph Perez, it was my first time work with my Audi A3 & now for my parent's Audi Q5. My recent visit for an oil-change was flawless. I was helped by Ralph Perez, it was my first time working as a team with him & he was great to work with. Due to heavy rain that day, the fix was taking extra long so he hooked me up with some discounts for this & next time. Love their coffee & snack service as well! More
