Dani Paiz is truly most important aspect of any dealership as a service writer. Sale is where it starts and the purchase should be more than fair but is a small percent of car ownership, it’s the dealership as a service writer. Sale is where it starts and the purchase should be more than fair but is a small percent of car ownership, it’s the service that you will deal with 95% of car ownership. Have a service write that keeps the owner informed, aware, provide recommendation as she does, people skills is an asset to you organization.
