Upon arrival, I was greeted by several staff members who offer to help me, but I have already schedule an appointment with Dani Paiz. I drive high miles and often come in for regular schedule service and t offer to help me, but I have already schedule an appointment with Dani Paiz. Dani Paiz is a great advisor. My last several visits to AUDI Ontario, I've always had the pleasure of having Dani as my advisor. This warm welcome makes me feel very important because she remembers me by name. Whether I'm waiting for my vehicle in the waiting area or dropping it off, Dani keeps me updated re the status of my vehicle via text while it's being serviced (I never had to call). Dani is always pleasant and equally cares about my car service being 100% and my satisfaction. She educates herself with information that also lightens the financial costs of services that I can benefit from in the future.
