Very Bad Experience Beware Beware Beware!!! This place is one scam after another. I purchased my Audi A4 Convertible from this dealership in 2010. I noticed a rumbling no Beware Beware Beware!!! This place is one scam after another. I purchased my Audi A4 Convertible from this dealership in 2010. I noticed a rumbling noise in November 2012 so brought the vehicle in for repairs. I was told it was an alternator pulley and paid a lot to have it fixed. I noticed the noise was still there when i pulled out. I brought it back one year later because the noise was getting worse. I was told it was a crankcase ventilation valve and paid a lot to have it fixed. I again noticed the noise was not even slightly better when i pulled out. I was so sick of paying and not getting anything for it i decided to go to another dealership - DBMW in Jax beach. Within 30 minutes (and only $75 charge) they told me that my transmission was busted and needed to be replaced. They also informed me that there was "a class action lawsuit for the model and make of my vehicle." I had an attorney to look into it and found that my car was impacted by this class action lawsuit and i was entitled to have the transmission fixed or replaced at no charge up to 100,000 miles. Guess what? I was at 100,200 miles. But I was well below 100,000 miles back in 2012 and 2013 when i first brought the car in. I had my attorney draft a letter asking the dealership to acknowledge that the issue was pre-existing prior to the mileage. However the dealership refused and asked to have another look at the vehicle. I returned with my attorney and DBMW's diagnostic report showing that the transmission was non-functional. They agreed to review free of charge. Once my attorney left and my car was finished they informed me that my transmission was "busted" No Kidding - and i was charged $400 for the diagnostic charge (and charged my credit card without my permission). Please Please Please watch out for this place. They charge for repairs that are not needed and hide issues to lapse on manufacturer warranties. I finally gave up on having any resolution and was able to trade the vehicle in for a new car at a significantly lower value due to the transmission. More

From the initial phone call to when I pic I thoroughly enjoyed my recent experience with Audi Jacksonville and the service I recieved from Ivy Meyer. From the initial phone call to when I picked up my car, I was made to feel like I mattered Every effort to make me feel valued was made. She provided incredible customer service. Although I did not see the service department, I am very happy with the way my Audi is working and the work performed. I will definately be using Audi Jacksonville again and hopefully can work with Ivy again. Great Job, Larry Flowers More
I recently purchased an A4 Cabriolet (convertible) which required some work including top (the rear window was leaking) and timing belt. As important as these components are, I didn't want to chance an independent shop and got Michael Kennedy on the phone. Let me tell you, it was as if he was waiting on my call and I truly felt as if I was calling my brother who was the service writer. Once we confirmed the year and model, Michael said there shouldn’t be a leak as the car is still relatively new and said he couldn’t repair the leak and it would require a brand new top (which I confirmed with a local upholstery business in St. Augustine). Before I could freak out about having to pay over $4,000 on a new top, Michael right away offered to pay for the top if I would pay to put it on. We paid just a small fraction of what would have ruined Christmas. While being serviced, I asked Michael to have the technicians go over the vehicle to ensure safety and to pick out potential issues (don’t want the wife on the side of the road now do we). He said the car was in great shape and seemed genuinely impressed with it’s condition and said we were fast approaching the recommended service interval to replace the timing belt. I told him we would get together on it later as the holidays have taken it’s toll on the budget. Michael advised that there was a promotion that Audi had where it discounted the job by $300 and got his manager to approve it for us! Michael went above and beyond including providing us not only with his personal cell number if we had any questions but with a BRAND NEW 2013 A4 (amazing car!) and even coordinated payment (long story) with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. We are looking forward to working with Michael in the future (we also own a Mercedes which Jacksonville Audi is able to service as well) and wish him and his team continued success. Working with the folks at this dealership is an absolute joy. They are always thoroughly professional and unfailingly courteous. The quality of service they provide is unparalleled. On numerous occasions they have picked up my A3 from Gainesville and completed all necessary service very quickly. While the service is being completed they provide me with a loaner at no additional charge. When the service is complete they return my car to me and explain what steps they took during the service. On one occasion I noticed a small crack in a decorative piece of the sunroof assembly. They fixed it on the spot for no charge. On another occasion a technician assessed a noise I heard in the suspension and explained that the Quattro system was engaging. He understood the noise and was able to allay my concern and get me on my way in no time. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. More
Well I have to say I didnt plan on buying or leasing a car when I came in for service on my 05 A4 but after seeing the cost of repairs on my car it seemed to make more sense to lease a new car and be prob car when I came in for service on my 05 A4 but after seeing the cost of repairs on my car it seemed to make more sense to lease a new car and be problem free. Working with Lon was a pleasure he was straight up with me, I hate going to dealerships just to hear the salesmen tell everything I want to hear and then tell me well this is what we can do and it is no where near what you were told in the begining. The only thing I would have done diffrent would have been to ask for tint on the windows it is an expensse I forgot about but, and dang it gets HOT here in Florida so if after reading this you want to throw some tint on the windows for me I wont be mad at you....Thanks for making this an easy process.
