I got no answer at all.I tried to tell my wife to cnacel but they had lied to her so convincingly, she thought she was getting a deal. We are going out of town to buy again ,I believe Hannania owns the dealership in Jacksonville.Go elsewhere or suffer the consequences. More

This dealership is the biggest price gouger I have ever seen. They wanted to charge me $937 to mount and balance 3 tires. That is not a typo. Also wanted to charge $1,400 for a new wheel. This would be the second wheel for this car with less than 30,000 miles. $300 an hour for labor, my attorney doesn’t charge that much. Also, a bad wheel bearing on the same car! German junk. This car has been nothing but a money pit since we bought it. We spent almost $5K on an extended warranty, and every time something broke it wasn’t covered. Do yourself a favor, buy a Lexus. More
