Some good, some bad My salesperson was excellent but I was very disappointed with the dealership. The car should not have been marketed for sale in the condition it was i My salesperson was excellent but I was very disappointed with the dealership. The car should not have been marketed for sale in the condition it was in. The glove box latch is missing and as a result the glove box can’t be accessed, so I don’t have an owner’s manual and I will have to return to the dealership when the parts come in to repair it, which is a real hassle. And the car is supposed to be sold with 2 keys, but the dealership only had 1. Not sure when I’ll get the 2nd. More

Michael Low went above and beyond I was a long time BMW loyalist, and never had an Audi before. On the day I was to pick up a new BMW, I called Audi Palo Alto and spoke to Michael. I t I was a long time BMW loyalist, and never had an Audi before. On the day I was to pick up a new BMW, I called Audi Palo Alto and spoke to Michael. I told him my lease was up and I was on my way to pick up the new BMW but before I did I wanted to just ask a few questions about Audi leases. He said "when can you come by?" I said "20 minutes" and the rest is history. I now have a brand new beautiful Audi thanks to Michael. He even handled my lease return for me, taking my BMW back to the dealership. He really went above and beyond for me. I can't express how amazing and helpful he's been. If you're looking for a pain-free way to buy a new Audi, I recommend calling Michael Low at Audi Palo Alto. Busy day, but it took forever just to get my car Went in for punctured tire that needed to be fixed 3 days after car purchase. Scheduled to pick up at like 9:30. Left at 11.
