I have come in several times to service my Audi and the service department always goes out of their way to make sure my high expectations are met. They are extremely communicative and take special car not to dirty up the cars when servicing them (a problem I had at another Audi dealership). Alex in the service department deserves special recognition for his OUTSTANDING customer service. Honestly he's the reason I started coming back to Audi Palo Alto, and the rest of the team is why I keep coming back!! My most recent experience at Audi Palo Alto was during the purchase of my SQ5. Larry and Gino were both so personable, honest and helpful during the process. John Su and Ahres helped me set my service appointments and Do was my technologist who explained all my car's bells and whistles. 5 star service all around!!
