Had an appt for a recall. 1. I arrive on time, sit in my car as the sign instructs, someone puts a #1 card on my car and am told someone will be right with me. Lots of peo 1. I arrive on time, sit in my car as the sign instructs, someone puts a #1 card on my car and am told someone will be right with me. Lots of people end up walking by and saying someone will be right with me. Meanwhile after 10-15 of this, some other car owner drives up, gets right out of his car and goes in. To my surprise a service agent walks out and starts the intake on his car which now as a #2 on it. I am very annoyed at this point and get out of my car and walk up to the agent at the other car and tell him what's going on. He stops and goes back in and then finally someone comes out. 2. I'm told the car will be ready the next day so I get a shuttle ride home. About 4 hours later I get a text saying that the parts are not available and have to be shipped from back east. What?? This is a recall so it's quite obvious what parts were going to be needed! So, in the middle of getting dinner ready, I have to wait about an hour for the shuttle to come and get me because they are so busy because most of the customer loaner car fleet has been sold off!! What a waste of my time. And now I have to go through this all again when the parts come in. I asked to have a loaner car for next time and they say there's about a month queue! What is wrong with that place!! More
