Worst auto repair experience I've ever had. Had an appointment for Thursday. Waited over 30 minutes before someone checked me in. Then was told the work might not get done till Friday. Not done on Fri appointment for Thursday. Waited over 30 minutes before someone checked me in. Then was told the work might not get done till Friday. Not done on Friday. I called on Saturday and was told that my work manager wasn't working on Saturday so I couldn't get notified if it was. After pleading, got a text late in the afternoon that it was done, and latest pickup was in an hour, so I had to rush to get a ride. Not going there again. More
